Growing up, I despised physical education and sports, always finding ways to avoid them. My lack of natural athleticism and fluctuating weight plagued me throughout my life.

However, eight years ago, fate led me to a job at a gym, complete with a complimentary membership. Despite my initial horror at the thought of stepping into a gym, my colleagues persuaded me to give it a try.

With the guidance of a trainer, I initially embraced the treadmill, falling into the typical cardio routine. Yet, it wasn't long before I discovered my true passion for weight training—a revelation that transformed not only my physique but also my confidence.

Despite enduring spinal surgery a decade ago and experiencing debilitating back pain, I've learned invaluable lessons in managing and alleviating discomfort. Now, armed with this knowledge, I'm dedicated to helping others overcome similar challenges and embark on their own transformative fitness journey.
